Since its launch in 1995, the Retail Week Awards has been a benchmark of excellence in the sector. Previous winners have gone from young retailers to become household names and many are now considered industry legends.
The Retail Week Awards 2025 saw nearly 1,000 people across the industry gather to celebrate this brilliant sector, hosted by our long-term partner Salesforce. The mood was, without question, celebratory. Despite the headwinds of inflation, cost and political upheaval, the pace of transformation and the ingenuity reflected in this year’s entries was stronger than ever before – as was the desire for recognition.
There was a renewed sense of togetherness. A new energy. It was a night that celebrated the trailblazers and visionaries. The teams who are creating change.
