We want you to book with confidence, knowing that Retail Week Awards has you covered if the unexpected occurs - we live in a crazy world after all!

Table bookings

If you book your table and you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within 30 days of the event, we'll be happy to move your ticket to next year's event, help you transfer your seats to a colleague or client or we will provide you with a credit or refund so you can have peace of mind that it won't go to waste:

  • The state or country you live in issues advice not to travel to the London;
  • The state or country you live in imposes a quarantine on those returning from travel to the United Kingdom
  • There's a further lockdown phase in the state or country you live in.

Further to this, we may determine that as a direct result of COVID-19 it might become commercially impractical or unfeasible to hold Retail Week Awards on 3 June 2021. If this happens, we will provide you with written notice as soon as we can and we will endeavor to reschedule the Event to later on in 2021 and we will transfer your ticket/table to this date. In the unfortunate situation that we cannot run the event due to COVID-19 during the calendar year of 2021 then you will be able to obtain a credit or refund on your ticket/table.

Sponsorship

If you book your sponsorship and you and your company find yourselves in any of the below scenarios within 30 days of the event, we'll be happy to move your sponsorship to the next edition of the Event or provide you with a credit or refund you the rest of your sponsorship fee (minus the value of any services already delivered), so you can have peace of mind when booking:

  • The state or country that your company is registered in issues advice not to travel to the London;
  • The state or country that your company is registered in imposes a quarantine on those returning from travel to the United Kingdom
  • There's a further lockdown phase in the state or country that your company is registered in.

Further to this, we may determine that as a direct result of COVID-19 it is commercially  impractical or unfeasible to hold Retail Week Awards on 3 June 2021. In this situation, we will provide you with written notice as soon as possible and we will endeavor to reschedule the Event to later on in 2021 and we will transfer your sponsorship to this date. In the event that we cannot run the event due to COVID-19 during the calendar year of 2021 then you will be able to obtain a refund of your sponsorship fee (minus the value of any services already delivered).
