Damian joined Homebase in 2017 as CEO and has been responsible for leading the turnaround and growth of the helpful home and garden experts. Following a year of investment and continued transformation for Homebase, his focus has been on developing range and offer to provide even more inspiration and making it easier for customers to shop with Homebase, as well as investing in his team.

Most recently, Damian has joined the Royal Foundation’s Homewards programme, joining forces to help end homelessness. 

Damian’s comprehensive knowledge of retail comes from over 30 years dedicated to the sector, beginning his career with a Saturday job on the shop floor and going on to hold a variety of roles spanning across everything from commercial to executive leadership positions.
