Prior to joining B&Q, Graham was CEO of Screwfix. Graham first joined B&Q in 1998 as the Director of Operations North. He then became Director of Training for 2 years, where he developed B&Q’s Learning and Development Strategy along with a business approach to effective change. Graham has also worked for Wickes as Director of Change.

He was instrumental in the evolvement of the ‘Crystal Format’ for Wickes’s Stores. Previous Employment was with Texas Homecare and Asda. Graham was appointed as B&Q CEO in October 2018
