Lindsay is a recognised retail and supply chain leader with 30+ years’ experience of building customer-centric retail operations in the UK and internationally.

As Currys COO, Lindsay leads the customer sales and service functions, with responsibility for stores, online, customer service and after sales operations. Lindsay moved into the role of COO in early 2022, having joined the technology retailer in 2020 as Chief Supply Chain Officer leading its supply chain and end-to-end customer experience.

Prior to Currys, Lindsay worked at international home improvement Group, Kingfisher plc, where she built the ‘One Kingfisher’ supply chain function as Global Supply and Logistics Director. Before that, Lindsay was Supply Chain & Operations Director at Screwfix, enabling the business’ strong growth in sales, profitability and customer satisfaction – delivering a step-change in supply chain capacity and performance, and an industry leading customer proposition.

She has also held a number of senior roles in the UK and Europe at logistics giant Wincanton and started her career with Tibbett & Britten.

Lindsay is passionate about transforming business culture and performance, and holds a diploma in Management & Business Administration from Henley Business School. She is married with two sons, speaks fluent French, enjoys travelling and playing golf.
