Clodagh Moriarty is the Chief Executive Officer of Dunelm, the UK’s leading homewares retailer, appointed in October 2025. Customer obsessed, Clo brings over two decades of experience in strategy, technology, channels and customer-centric innovation. An engineer by training, she loves data but loves the power of people in equal measure: bringing both together has been a hallmark of her career to date. Prior to joining Dunelm, Clo served as Chief Retail and Technology Officer at Sainsbury’s, where she had the privilege of leading both the store and digital channels, the customer experience and the end to end technology. Her tenure at Sainsbury’s spanned 15 years, following nine years at Bain & Company across multiple geographies and industries.
