Will Crumbie joined Fat Face in 2014 and has progressed from Finance Director to Chief Executive across the last nine years. He is a chartered accountant who qualified at Deloitte before working within the P&O and Alliance Boots businesses.

Will is a Cambridge graduate, having studied land economy and management. He is a trustee of the Fat Face Foundation, which has donated more than £2m to charity over the past 10 years. He actively supports a number of charities including Speakers for Schools.

Will lives in West Sussex with his wife, Nikki, and two children. He is a keen sportsman even after breaking his leg playing cricket in 2021!
