Jess Frame is Managing Director for Retail at Halfords, the UK’s leading provider of motoring and cycling products and services. She joined Halfords from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led the UK office and served retail and consumer clients across the FTSE 100 and Europe. Jess brings a wealth of experience across the retail and services sectors, having previously held roles at Tesco plc as Marketing Director and as Managing Director of its NutriCentre business, as well as CEO of PE-backed chain The Vet.
