Lucy joined THG in 2012 to take on a placement year in the Beauty Trading Team whilst studying at Leeds University Business School. Following graduation, she re-joined the company full time and worked in the Beauty division holding various positions across E-commerce & Marketing before leading the 2017 acquisition of GLOSSYBOX and subsequently taking on the role of Managing Director of Glossybox and Lookfantastic Beauty Box.

In March 2018 Lucy was promoted to CEO of Myprotein, the World’s largest online sports nutrition brand, and later the rest of the THG Nutrition division, a portfolio of 6 internationally distributed brands.

Then from September 2022, Lucy took on her biggest challenge to date – CEO of THG Beauty, leading a global team of nearly 2000 people.
