Helen Connolly is the Chief Executive Officer at New Look. She has worked in the retail sector for more than twenty years and joined New Look in 2020 from Bonmarché where she was Chief Executive Officer.

Helen has a wealth of experience and her other roles have included Director of Buying and Design at George at Asda and Dorothy Perkins. She began her career at Next Plc in buying and sourcing departments. As CEO of New Look, Helen is working to deliver long term sustainable growth for the business and feels honored to be in a position where she can lead and inspire her colleagues, sharing her own real-life experience to support the success of the next generation of leaders. Helen is part of the advisory board at CFIN (Circular Fashion Innovation Network) which is an industry led program by the British Fashion council. She’s also an ambassador for the Retail Trust and is on the Fashion institute advisory group at Manchester Metropolitan University
